RKS Vidyalaya
RKS Vidyalaya operated by Sree Rangammal Educational Trust which was established in 1951 by the First Finance Minister of Independent India Dr. R.K. Shanmugam Chetty, an illustrious economist of International repute.
Started with a vision of providing access to quality education and directing young minds to think unique, pursue their dreams with passion and make a difference in the society.
Among the pioneers of education in Coimbatore, We have continued to serve the academic interest of students over the past seven decades and we are determined to soar to greater heights in the coming years.

At RKS Vidyalaya, there’s something for every kind of learner. We believe in nurturing the whole child – mind, body, and spirit! A child comes into a school like a dormant seed. Our school takes the responsibility to nurture a child and make them blossom. We have 256 students until Grade 8 and 13 teachers to mould them.

NURSERY & PRIMARY SCHOOL
A child comes into a school like a dormant seed. Our school takes the responsibility to nurture a child and make them blossom. We have currently 239 students in Nursery School and 8 teachers to mould them.
R.K.SREE RANGAMMAL HIGHER SECONDARY SCHOOL (SELF FINANCE)
Our school act as the door of education that leads to the success. English medium section is fully self finance oriented. It also has classes from 6th to 12th standard. We have currently 380 students with 14 teachers to guide them.
R.K.SREE RANGAMMAL HIGHER SECONDARY SCHOOL (AIDED)
In our school Tamil medium is aided section. This gets aids from the government. It has classes from 6th to 12th standard. We have currently 502 students with 20 teachers to guide them.
